Job Description

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient day-to-day functioning of the organization. This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support while coordinating key human resources functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism. This is a part-time temporary position. The pay range for this role is between $40-$45hr and remote. Candidates must be able to commit to 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support Draft, review, and prepare professional written materials including emails, memoranda, reports, invoices, and internal documentation.
