The Role You'll Play As a Training Specialist, you’ll design, develop, and deliver training that helps internal teams, customers, and external partners build confidence with Kite. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand what learners need most, translate that into clear learning objectives, and create engaging resources that support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and stronger day-to-day execution. Design scalable training programs that
