Head of Production (m/f/x)

Your tasks You will develop production at C&C, both strategically and operationally: our processes, standards and setups. As Skill Lead, you will take personal and professional responsibility for the production team, support the development of your colleagues and ensure consistently high quality standards. You will take on selected productions yourself as a Producer, making sure that the idea, quality, timing and budget come together. You will conceptualise and own our AI-enabled production system: selecting the right stack and bringing it into production together with our internal AI team. It will be up to you to determine where and when its use makes sense. You will calculate fixed-price productions, protect the margin and decide where the budget can make the greatest difference. You will expand our partner network for high-end productions, negotiate terms and kickback arrangements, and ensure that our external partners meet our quality standards.
