About PAICON PAICON is a Heidelberg-based health data intelligence company building the global health data foundation through its PaiX ecosystem, working to close the representation gap in medical data so personalised medicine works for everyone. We harmonise ethically approved, GDPR compliant real-world health data from providers around the world into a global dataset. The data covers multiple modalities on various disease entities. Our flagship product, PaiX Navigator, generates actionable insights for pharma, biotech and AI companies worldwide. The role We are looking for a hands-on data engineer to integrate data from our global partners into our platform. Data integration is the core of the role, and agentic AI tooling is part of how we do it. This is an on-site position in our Heidelberg office.
