Construction Estimator

Estimator We are seeking a detail-orientated and analytical Estimator with a passion for construction to join our team. Overview Working alongside the Senior Estimator, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a wide variety of commercial construction projects. Candidates must have a building background with extensive knowledge of all aspects of refurbishment and commercial construction across numerous sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of cost control and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, engineers and other sub-contractors, and play a crucial role in ensuring our bids are technically accurate, timely and competitive.
