AI Product Engineer - Internal Tools & Automation (m/w/d) - fully remote

Build AI-powered tools and automations that make our Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Engineering teams 10x faster and better. You'll build on top of our proprietary platform, Lyto.OS, and continuously develop it further together with our Tech Team. The team currently consists of an AI Engineer + a Software Developer + the CTO. Tasks You identify automation and AI opportunities across the entire company – in direct exchange with the teams, close to the real workflow instead of at the whiteboard. You build AI-powered workflows for Marketing & Creative: briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, and ad-performance summaries – along our trend-to-product cycle of under one week. You develop quality-assurance and anomaly-detection tooling for our proprietary platform, LYTO.OS.
