As Director, People Operations, Data & Technology, you will be the architect of our people operating system: the calendar, cadences, data infrastructure, and process backbone that allow the People function — and the broader organization — to scale with clarity and intention. This role sits at the intersection of operational rigor, strategic thinking, and forward-looking org design. You will work across the People team to ensure we are running a high-functioning function and building Midi's capacity to understand, plan, and evolve its workforce over time.
