About the Role We're looking for a VC Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build Pragmatike's relationships with venture capital firms and create a new growth channel for our business. Your mission will be to build relationships with VCs and position Pragmatike as a trusted talent partner for their portfolio companies. You'll identify and engage VC partners, principals, platform teams, and operating partners, introduce them to Pragmatike's talent solutions, and develop partnerships that can lead to opportunities across their portfolio. This is a highly entrepreneurial, relationship-driven role.
