In this role you'll own EMEA as your region: full remit over the Solution Engineering team's success, working as a player-coach who hires, develops, and holds the bar on how the team runs discovery, demos, and evaluations, while getting hands-on in the highest-impact deals across the region. You'll own execution of Sanity's core presales motions — discovery, tailored demos, POVs, and architecture/security reviews — coaching SEs to run them with consistency and to connect Sanity's value drivers to real business outcomes, not just features or functionalit
