SEO & GEO Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a data-driven and hands-on SEO & GEO Manager to scale our organic search presence and turn search traffic into a core growth engine. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical optimization, product marketing, and content creation to capture high-intent search demand from enterprise buyers, IT decision-makers, and business leaders. Tasks Strategy & Content Optimization Own the end-to-end global organic growth roadmap to expand brand visibility across search engines and AI answer engines while driving high-quality SQO pipeline generation. Conduct deep keyword research targeting BOFU and MOFU SaaS buyer journeys, providing actionable briefs to content creators for high-intent topics, structured outlines, and topical authority clusters.
