Your Role Alchemy is currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join our Workday Platform team as a Workday Payroll Senior Consultant. If you have a Workday Payroll consulting background OR Workday Payroll functional knowledge with exposure to implementing a payroll system, bring your skills to Alchemy’s fun, people-centered, and customer-focused team! As a member of the Platform team, you’ll seek inventive solutions on behalf of customers and help develop and refine our deployment strategy. Your Responsibilities As the payroll subject matter expert, lead clients through their Workday system implementation and the project development lifecycle. Perform the following as a member of a deployment team: gather and understand customer payroll business requirements, design and configure the Workday Payroll solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, lead and manage parallel testing sessions, and complete knowledge transfer to customers.
