Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (all genders)

<h4>About the role:</h4> <p>You deploy our software at customer sites, integrate it with on-site systems, troubleshoot issues, and feed precise findings back to the engineering team. When you’re not traveling, you’ll contribute directly as a<br>software engineer to our product codebase.</p> <h4>Responsibilities :</h4> <ul> <li>Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments</li> <li>Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed</li> <li>Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows</li> <li>Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities</li> <li>Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide</li> <li>Design and implementation towards impactful outcomes</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Strong C# skills</l
