We help brands turn them into a better customer experience, more exchanges instead of refunds, and less work for their teams. 400+ brands run their returns on 8returns, including Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Fielmann and OACE. We're a small team in Berlin where everyone owns their projects end to end, with few meetings, short decision paths and direct feedback. The role You'll be the first person at 8returns who works on content full-time. You'll own our content across all channels, from LinkedIn and video to the website and product launches. Most of it will be in German, and you'll work directly with the founders. What you'll do Make short videos: explainers, customer stories and a look at how we work. Run our company LinkedIn and help the founders post on their own profiles. Write our newsletter and grow its readership.
