Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work closely with customers to understand real operational needs and turn them into reliable systems used in the field. What You'll Do Work directly with customer operations teams to understand how certification, inspection, and compliance processes run in practice. Lead customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data models, and AI components. Take ownership of product areas and collaborate directly with company leadership. Ship software quickly, observe how users work with it, and refine it based on feedback. Use sound judgment to distinguish broadly useful product needs from customer-specific requests. Review customer documents and outputs to develop AI-enabled workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence. What We're Looking Fo
